A 50% deposit will be required to confirm the booking of your appointment.  This is payable via BACS, details of which will be on the invoice sent to the email address provided.

Mileage 0.50p per mile

Within a 10 mile radius of Steyning no fee will be charged. 

Additional services

Non clinical tasks such as; meetings, referrals, liaison with GPs are chargeable at a 15 minute rate of £20.00.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.  

Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hour notice the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
