Hello, my name is Jo. I am a senior specialist Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from Southampton University in 2012. With over 10 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working in renowned London NHS Trusts, where I have been able to establish a strong foundation in complex rehabilitation.
Over the past 7 years, I have specialised in cancer and palliative rehabilitation. My focus has been on supporting individuals living with a cancer diagnosis and empowering them to optimise function and improve their quality of life.
In addition to my specialisation in cancer and palliative care, I also have experience in general and complex rehabilitation. I have worked with a vast range of people with complex conditions that affect functionality and well-being.
I approach every client with compassion and support, I strive to create a personalised treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and aspirations. Whether your goal is to get stronger, manage your symptoms, mobility improvement, or enhancing your overall quality of life, I am committed to assisting you in achieving the best possible outcome.
